Celebrity Chef Wayne Elias to Cater Two Iconic Awards Season Events

One of Hollywood’s top celebrity chefs, Chef Wayne Elias, is back at it this year with the catering of two upcoming events!

Kicking off awards season with a bang, Chef Wayne and Crumble Catering will mark its 15th year as the chef and catering company for the Elton John Aids Foundation Oscars Viewing Party at West Hollywood Park on Feb 25th, 2019.

As the official caterers for the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party for the 15th year, Chef Wayne Elias will create a unparalled five-course dining experience at West Hollywood Park on Sunday, February 24, 2019.

This one-thousand-meal massive undertaking will be seamlessly executed in three hours by a team of over 150 Crumble Catering staffers tasked with serving Hollywood’s biggest A-listers.

As in the past, this sumptuous five-course dinner will be served on-site with mammoth digital screens broadcasting the Oscar telecast live, while fund-raising activities happen during commercial-breaks. Since 1992, the Elton John AIDS Foundation has raised over $400 million for people affected by the epidemic, helping prevent infections, provide treatment and services, and motivate governments to end AIDS.

And, two weeks prior, Chef Wayne and Crumble Catering team of 150 will dish for Steven Tyler Grammy’s Viewing Party in support of Janie’s Fund on Feb 10, 2019.

Crumble Catering will once again be called upon to prepare thousands of dishes in a monumental feat that only the greatest chefs in North America can pull off. As the official caterers for the Steve Tyler Grammy Awards 2019 Viewing Party benefiting Janie’s Fund, they are tasked with serving and pleasing the taste buds of Hollywood’s biggest A-listers.

Iconic music legend and humanitarian Steven Tyler announced the return of his GRAMMY Awards® Viewing Party to benefit Janie’s Fund, presented by Live Nation, on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at world famous Raleigh Studios in Hollywood. Hosted by Jane Lynch, the exclusive gala, with a mouth-watering 3-course meal from Crumble’s Chef Wayne Elias promises to be an unforgettable sophomore year.

Featuring a can’t-miss performance by America’s all-time top-selling rock ‘n’ roll band, Aerosmith, the gala will toast music’s biggest night with a VIP Crumble cocktail reception and dinner, live viewing of the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast, and live auction to support Janie’s Fund, Tyler’s philanthropic initiative that provides “a big voice for abused girls.”

Steven Tyler’s annual GRAMMY Awards Viewing Party first launched in 2018 and raised more than $2.4 million dollars for Janie’s Fund, a philanthropic initiative created by Tyler in partnership with the national family services nonprofit Youth Villages to bring hope and healing to girls across America who have suffered the trauma of abuse and neglect.

For the event, the talented Elias and business partner Chris Diamond and their team of over 100 cooks, servers, pastry chefs, and staff, will be serving up some of the best culinary delicacies that have ever been created. Guests this year will be treated to a full-course meal consisting of Heirloom Tomato, Asparagus & Burrata, Filet Mignon and Black Cod and Valrhona Chocolate Cake, and several other dish options all while big screens are broadcasting a live Grammy telecast at Raleigh Studios in Hollywood.
