Penguin Random House to Publish ‘Stranger Things’ Companion Novels

Deadline reported, Penguin Random House has acquired the worldwide publish rights for Netflix ‘Stranger Things.’

The first two books will serve as a behind-the-scenes companion for the television series. It will be available as hardcover and audiobook; it’s slated for a fall release. 

YA author Gwenda Bond will write the prequel novels, which will be about Eleven’s mother. The companion novel will be titled ‘Stranger Things: World Turned Upside Down: The Official Behind-The-Scenes Companion.’
