Tony Nominee “She Loves Me” to be Livestreamed



Amazing news for all of us who cannot get to NYC to see this Tony-winning production!  BroadwayHD and Roundabout Theatre Company have announced that they will live stream She Loves Me, marking the first time ever that a Broadway show has been broadcast live. She Loves Me will be available to watch live, on a pay-per-view basis on BroadwayHD on June 30 at 8 PMVisit to reserve a live stream pass to the June 30 broadcast for $9.99; alternatively the show is free with all annual subscriptions to BroadwayHD’s on-demand library.

She Loves Me tells the story of two perfumery clerks who, unbeknownst to each other, are corresponding romantically as anonymous pen pals. It is based on a story that also inspired movies, “The Little Shop Around the Corner”(1940) and “You’ve Got Mail” (1998).

She Loves Me has been extended to play through July 10 at Studio 54.  The production, stars Byron Jennings, Laura Benanti, Zachary Levi, Gavin Creel, Michael McGrath, Jane Krakowski and Tom McGowan. The revival received eight Tony nominations, including Best Musical, Best Lead Actress in a Musical, Best Lead Actor in a Musical and Best Featured Actress in a musical, and won the award for Best Scenic Design.
