‘White Houses’ Novel About Eleanor Roosevelt & Lorena Hickok to be Adapted as a TV Series


Deadline reported, Michael Lombardo’s Buster Productions has acquired the television rights of novel White Houses by Amy Bloom.

Katie Couric will produce while Emmy award winner Jane Anderson are set to direct.

White Houses came out earlier this week, it was published by Penguin Random House. The novel weaves the tale of Eleanor Roosevelt and her longtime friend Lorena Hickok and their love affair.

Bloom is attached to write the script of her book for a mini-series/limited set up.
